Stephen and Nadia worked with Ashlee Adams on this flagship project for the Toowoomba Regional Council. It involved restoring the original Toowoomba Town Hall (built in 1899) and building a new annex building adjacent. The new annex extension fronts onto the ‘Green Square’ which links the annex and the library and acts as a hub for community activities in the City of Toowoomba.
