Campbell Street Office Block

For 4 years SWA had been seeking to find appropriate office space for our growing architectural practice without success. Eventually we decided that the only way to achieve this goal this was to build exactly what we wanted in partnership with other local businesses. This was an exciting opportunity for us to be client, developer, architect and ultimately tenant of our own office facility. The result is a naturally comfortable office environment all year round designed to minimise the need for heating or cooling by maximising winter sun and capturing summer breezes.
The project has set a new benchmark for office space in Toowoomba and will be an important component of the TRC’s vision for the northern expansion of the CBD.
