It involved restoring the original Toowoomba Town Hall (built in 1899) and building a new annex building adjacent. The new annex extension fronts onto the \u2018Green Square\u2019 which links the annex and the library and acts as a hub for community activities in the City of Toowoomba.<\/p>\n
